September Tallahassee Events: The St. Jude Walk/Run to End Cancer

The St. Jude Walk/Run occurs on September 15. Registration begins at 7 am, and the opening ceremony begins at 8 am. At 8:30 am, the event begins.

All of the fun takes place at the SouthWood Town Center. Whether you walk or run the course, the course is a 5k. It follows the lake around and goes in a loop.

What Does It Cost?

The event costs $10 for walkers who are ages six or above. However, it costs $20 for runners who are ages six or above. Children five and under are free.

The money raised in this event goes towards a good cause. The proceeds go towards St. Jude, an organization that fights for children who have cancer.
