When you think of a venue for a Halloween party, you probably don’t think of a museum. But the Halloween Howl defies expectations and proves that a museum is an ideal place for one of the October events in Tallahassee. Learn more about the event and what you can expect.

About the Halloween Howl

The Halloween Howl will take place on October 25th and October 26th between 6pm and 10pm. Located in the Tallahassee Museum, the event is a family-friendly Halloween event that both the adult and kids will enjoy.

During the event, there will be hours of entertainment. You can walk down a haunted trail to get the scare of a lifetime. If you’re not up for the scare, there are plenty of other ways you can stay busy. There will be activities, trick-or-treating, and Halloween-inspired trails that don’t aim to leave you shaking in your boots.

If you come in costume, you are eligible to participate in the costume contest. There will be separate contests for adults and children. The judges will declare winners for the funniest, cutest, and most original costumes.

There will also be live music performed for the children. They can listen in and sing along as they enjoy the celebration.

If you’re older than 18, there’s a chance for you to enjoy the fun without children around. On October 24th, there will be a Sneak Preview of the haunted trail for guests who are 18 and over.
