If you plan on celebrating the fourth of July in Tallahassee, you have a few options. But there is one event that you don’t want to miss. You can head to Tom Brown Park for an event known as Celebrate America. Every year, the event allows locals and tourists to enjoy the holiday.

What is Celebrate America?

Celebrate America is an annual Independence Day event. Every year, food vendors, art vendors, and other exhibitors come together to showcase their wares. There is plenty of entertainment available for children, such as a bounce house. The whole family can enjoy the shows at the Showmobile Stage or the Main Stage.

For the adults, there will be a beer garden. If you bring your ID, you can enjoy some beer in the designated area. The even will go into the evening and will end with a fireworks display.

On the day of the event, there will be some rules. You cannot bring your own fireworks, including sparklers. You also cannot bring alcohol or a personal grill. Additionally, you cannot bring your pets. Tents are not allowed in the seating areas.

To get to the park, you can take the free StarMetro shuttle. The event is free for all who attend.
